U.S. Rep. Vern Buchanan said he's concerned that past international trade deals have stopped short of opening up foreign markets for U.S. businesses as much as had been hoped when the deals were first struck. During a hearing earlier this month, Buchanan questioned U.S. Trade Ambassador Mike Froman about whether the U.S. has ben "outplayed" and "out-negotiated" in the past.
